Yes. To provide an exact quote, we ask customers to send clear photos of their vehicle. This allows us to assess condition and recommend the right package — no surprises on the day of service.

We recommend booking 3-5 days in advance, especially for premium packages like Platinum Plus and Ceramic Coating which require full-day appointments. Maintenance details can often be scheduled within 1-2 days.

Yes. Our fully equipped van is 100% self-sufficient. We bring our own water supply, power generator, and all professional equipment. You don't need to provide access to a water tap or electrical outlet — just park your vehicle.

We serve 18+ cities across the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Oakville, North York, East York, Newmarket, and more. If your city isn't listed, call us — we may still cover your area.

Anywhere with enough space to park your vehicle — your driveway, office parking lot, underground garage (with clearance), or apartment complex. As long as we can park the van nearby, we can detail on-site.

Gold Interior: 2-3.5 hours. Gold Both (In & Out): 3-4 hours. Platinum: 4.5-6 hours. Platinum Plus: Full day (8+ hours). Paint correction and ceramic coating appointments are full-day services. Exact duration depends on vehicle size and condition.

Absolutely. Many customers prefer to be home while we work. Since we bring everything we need, you don't need to do anything — just hand us the keys and we'll handle the rest.

We use professional-grade, pH-balanced products from trusted automotive brands. Our chemicals are specifically formulated for automotive surfaces — tough on grime, safe on clear coats, leather, and fabric. We never use household cleaners that can damage vehicle surfaces.

Claybar and chemical decontamination removes embedded contaminants from your paint — things like industrial fallout, rail dust, and tree sap that regular washing can't reach. It leaves the surface perfectly smooth and preps it for polishing or ceramic coating.

Yes. Our Ozone generator treatment (30-45 minutes) neutralizes odors at the molecular level — smoke, pet smells, mold, and bacteria. The treatment is completely safe once the vehicle is ventilated afterward. We recommend it for persistent odors that standard cleaning can't eliminate.

Yes. We carefully select products that are effective but safe. After each service, your vehicle is properly ventilated. There are no harsh residues left behind — just a clean, fresh interior.

Larger vehicles — SUVs, vans, Escalades — have more surface area, more interior space, and require more time, product, and effort. Our pricing scales fairly with the size of the vehicle.

We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit. Payment is collected upon completion of the service, once you've inspected the results and are fully satisfied.

Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds with your factory clear coat — it's not a surface wax that washes off in weeks. It provides years of hydrophobic protection, UV resistance, and gloss that wax simply cannot match. The process also requires extensive paint correction prep.
