Analytics: if you accept analytics, we record pseudonymous events such as pages viewed, quote progress, and clicks. We do not record your name, email, phone, address, or IP address in analytics.
Booking and vehicle information is used to prepare your quote, schedule your service, prepare our team for your vehicle, and communicate with you about your appointment.
Photos are used to assess your vehicle's condition, provide an accurate estimate, and document the condition associated with your booking.
Our analytics are privacy-conscious: events are aggregate and pseudonymous, and your approximate region is derived only from your device's time zone (for example, "America/Toronto"). We do not track you across other websites, and we do not identify individuals by IP address.
Analytics are consent-based. You can accept or decline when the banner appears — declining does not affect your ability to use or book through this site. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
We use browser storage (local/session storage) for your quote progress, your analytics choice, and an anonymous session count. No advertising trackers are used.
Your booking details and photos are used to provide the detailing service you requested and to keep a record of the work associated with your booking.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your photos for advertising without your permission.
Booking records and photos are retained as long as needed to provide and document our services and to maintain your service history. If you would like your information or photos deleted, contact us at (416) 804-1539 and we will remove them where we are not required to keep them.
This site is hosted on a managed application platform that provides hosting, storage, and email delivery for booking notifications. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service.
