You confirm that the photos and information you provide about your vehicle reasonably and accurately represent its current condition, including its interior, exterior, and any existing damage or concerns.

Online and initial pricing is based on the vehicle information, selected service or package, and condition information you provide.

If your vehicle's actual condition materially differs from what was submitted and additional work is required, Hope Mobile will explain the difference and provide a revised price before performing the additional work.

Additional charges must be clearly communicated and authorized by you before any additional work is performed, subject to applicable law.

If you do not agree to a revised price, the additional work will not be performed, and you are not charged for it. We will never charge an additional amount without your authorization.

You acknowledge that your vehicle may have pre-existing conditions, including: scratches, dents, paint defects, chips, cracks, fading, oxidation, stains, leather or fabric damage, broken or loose trim, brittle plastics, aftermarket modifications, previous repair defects, or other existing damage or deterioration.

Detailing is intended to clean, restore, improve the appearance of, or protect surfaces as described in your selected service. It does not guarantee that pre-existing defects will disappear.

Some stains, odours, scratches, paint defects, discolouration, and material damage may not be completely removable. We will always tell you honestly what is and isn't achievable, and we do not promise results that cannot reasonably be guaranteed.

Photos you provide may be used to evaluate your vehicle's condition, prepare estimates, and document the condition associated with your booking. They are kept with your booking record and are not used for advertising without your permission.

Hope Mobile may refuse to begin a service if your vehicle's actual condition materially differs from the information submitted and you do not agree to the revised scope or price. In that case, you will not be charged for work that was not performed.

Hope Mobile takes full care with every vehicle and is responsible for damage caused by our work.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, or for the failure of aged or already-compromised components (for example, brittle trim that breaks during careful handling). Where we identify a risk, we will tell you before proceeding.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under applicable law, including Ontario consumer-protection law.
